About Matt

Previously, I had a long career in the Automotive Industry which I worked through a number of roles over that time. It was when I took on a position in Vehicle Finance that I found my helpful nature, outgoing personality and attention to detail had made me an ideal fit for this type of work.

I joined Summit Mortgages in early 2021 and retrained, gaining my qualification in the New Zealand Certificate of Financial Services (Level 5, Residential Property Lending) and have been helping my clients with their needs ever since.
Having been a first home buyer and moving onto the next property on the ladder, I have first hand experience and understand the challenges that often come along with purchasing property.

When I’m not helping my clients achieve their property goals, you’ll find me either spending time with my family, in the shed working on my racecar, or spending time with friends… classic Kiwi dad stuff. I enjoy getting to know my clients and forming lasting relationships with them. I take their goals and dreams as seriously as my own and love to help my clients achieve them.


