How it works
How matching works
Summit Mortgages is a referral point. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you tell us about your situation.
Tell us what you need
Fill in a short form: what you're after (first home, next home, investment property, refinance, refix, top up, or a new build), your region and your general timeframe. It takes a couple of minutes.
We match you with an adviser
We connect you with a licensed New Zealand mortgage adviser who suits your situation and region.
Your adviser takes it from there
Your adviser gets in touch directly, gives you their own disclosure, and works with you on the actual advice, paperwork and lender conversations. From that point on, your loan is between you and them.
What happens after the introduction
Once you're matched, your adviser will usually get in touch to arrange a time to talk. That first conversation is about understanding your situation properly, not a sales pitch. From there, they'll set out your options, explain their own disclosure and fees, and guide you through whatever comes next.
