What we collect
When you use our match form, we collect your name, contact details, region, what you need help with, your general timeframe and anything else you choose to tell us.
Why we collect it
To match you with a licensed mortgage adviser who suits your situation and to make the introduction. If you tick the KiwiSaver box, we also use your details to pass your request to Summit Wealth Limited, the same company that operates Summit Mortgages, so Kyle can get in touch about KiwiSaver. If you tick the marketing box, we use your details to send you occasional updates from Summit Mortgages and Summit Wealth Limited. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only the one adviser we match you with, plus Summit Wealth Limited if you've ticked the KiwiSaver box or opted in to marketing updates. Summit Wealth Limited is the same company that operates Summit Mortgages, so this stays in house, not with an outside business. We don't sell your details, and we don't otherwise pass them to anyone else. If you follow our Tower insurance link, you go to Tower's own site and deal with them directly; we don't send your details to Tower ourselves.
How long we keep it
We keep your match request details for 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you've opted in to marketing updates, we keep your contact details on that list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask us to correct it. Contact us using the details below to do either.
